Fantastic! Will definitely order from here again

I ordered a personalize bracelet in a size medium and when it came it was too big. I was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to return it since it was customized. I did an online chat with an employee and she was amazing!! She shipped a size small out to me right away free of charge and I did not need to return the bracelet that was too big. I couldn’t have had a better experience!!!
